Hales Heroes Monthly Draw & Quarterly Awards

The Hales Heroes Programme is an initiative that recognises and rewards the extraordinary commitment of our care workers – our Hales Heroes. Our carers are the backbone of our service, and it’s their dedication that enables us to provide the highest standard of care.

Hales Heroes Monthly Draw is a chance for our carers and staff to be celebrated and rewarded for their hard work and dedication. Every month, a carer or staff member from each branch will have the opportunity to win a share of 750 Care Friends Points – that’s £750*!

But that’s not all. Hales Heroes Quarterly Awards give all our Hales Heroes the chance to win 250 Care Friends Points – that’s £250* each!

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the monthly draw, carers and staff members need to meet at least one of the following criteria:

100% Attendance

95% Complete Logins

In-date Mandatory Training

Managers can also nominate individuals based on the following recognition values:

Quarterly Awards

Each quarter, four outstanding Hales Heroes will be awarded 250 Care Friends Points – that’s £250* each! Winners are selected based on Facebook votes, combined with the panel’s endorsement – so be sure to get involved by liking, sharing, and commenting to show your support for your colleagues and team.

How it works:

All monthly Hales Heroes winners are automatically entered into the Hales Heroes Quarterly Awards.
Online voting will take place to decide a winner in each region.
The winner in each region will be the nominee who receives the highest engagement (likes, shares, and comments) on Facebook, combined with the panel’s endorsement.
