Our Services

All-round care services

Hales Home Care services work to enable people from all ages with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, challenging behaviours and poor health to reach their potential. We appreciate the importance of enabling people to live a social and active life, pursuing their goals and ambitions.

Care At Home

Our home care services involve personal carers that visit your home daily, spend time with you and accompany you to any social events, outdoor activities or appointments.

We are passionate about enhancing your life and promoting your independence, enthusiastically supporting you to reach your goals. Our care workers are professionally trained in care and first aid, and are able to provide support for a variety of complex conditions and needs.

Specialist Care

Hales Home Care has delivered domiciliary care and live-in care for more than 20 years. We are accredited providers to many local authorities and NHS trusts, and we are regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission.

Hales Home Care provides specialist care and assistance through bespoke care service plans to help you with your specific needs.

Live-in Care

An alternative to residential or nursing care homes, live-in care means that a carer lives with you in your own home providing 24-hour care and support, when you need it, how you need it.

Hales Home Care’s Live-In Care Service gives you control and independence in your own familiar, comfortable environment, no matter how complex your needs may be, allowing you to continue living your chosen lifestyle and doing the things that are important to you.

We will provide a caring, confidential and professional service to enable users of the service to remain within their own homes whilst enabling them to live as independently as possible, maintaining their safety, privacy and dignity at all times. Hales will provide trained live-in carers who will be equipped with the appropriate skills and experience to meet the needs of the individual using the service. We focus on person centred, outcome based care for individuals living with a range of care needs and preferences.

Sometimes it’s just nice to have someone to support you, to talk to, have a cup of tea with, and to help out, whether at home or out and about. At Hales Home Care we understand that care should go beyond just medical needs; we work to improve your complete well-being and happiness, offering a companionship service.
