Hales Group is a provider of services to Local authorities, clinical commissioning groups, integrated care boards, the NHS and private organisations and individuals. Founded in 1999 and with a headcount of some 1,700 across the UK, Hales Group provides services that enable individuals to live independently for longer in their own homes. The principal activities of the group are the provision of health and social care services to individuals, local authorities and NHS trusts, and people solutions to non-regulated and commercial clients.
We deliver over 3.5 million of award-winning care visits each year, and we are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission.Â

Hales Group is at the leading edge of technology-enabled care. Our services are designed to meet individuals needs and promote and support their rights, choices, independence and quality of life. We deliver services that individuals need, from dementia to disability care, in the way that supports them to live as independently as possible. Our technology led care delivery monitors and supports individuals’ well-being and independence, quickly highlighting changes or deterioration allowing us to adapt our care, so that they can remain in their own homes, and prevents admission or readmission to hospital.

Our Staff
Our Team's Qualifications and Training
Hales has received the Investors in People Accreditation. All carers who join Hales Care are thoroughly vetted and have undergone enhanced DBS clearance, reference and right to work checks.
Once appointed they all go through our rigorous home care training sessions, delivered by our skilled ‘in house’ care trainers, before being approved to deliver care to our customers.
Upon graduating, our carers continue to receive training and support to aid in their personal development, and to ensure the quality of care you or your loved one is receiving is at its best.

Working with the local community
We are proud of the Social Value we contribute to the communities in which we operate. This includes supporting students and young people with work experience opportunities, providing placements for NEET or disadvantaged individuals, sponsoring community sports teams and events, and tireless fundraising by our staff teams for national and local charities close to their heart.Â
