Hales Heroes Monthly Draw is an initiative that recognises and rewards the extraordinary commitment of our care workers – our Hales Heroes. Our carers are the backbone of our service, and it’s their dedication that enables us to provide the highest standard of care.
What’s new?
The Hales Heroes Monthly Draw is a chance for our carers and staff to be celebrated and rewarded for their hard work and dedication. Every month, a carer or staff member from each branch will have the opportunity to win 25 Care Friends Points.
But that’s not all! Hales Heroes Quarterly Awards give our Hales Heroes the chance to win 250 Care Friends Points – that’s £250!
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the monthly draw, Hales carers and staff need to exhibit excellence in one or more of the following areas:
- 100% attendance with no unplanned or unauthorised absences.
- Completion of 95% of logins for call monitoring.
- Up-to-date mandatory training.
Recognition Values
In addition to the criteria above, managers can nominate individuals who embody our recognition values:
- Going the Extra Mile (Deliver a Personal Approach)
- Creativity & Innovation (Champion Change)
- Outstanding Service (Professional Excellence)
- Green Hero (Environment)
- Community Hero (Corporate Social Responsibility, Volunteers, Outside Work)
Quarterly Awards
Each quarter, five lucky Hales Heroes from the monthly draws will win 250 Care Friends Points—that’s £250 each!
Winners are chosen based on Facebook votes, coupled with the panel’s endorsement, so be sure to engage with likes, shares, and comments to support your favourite carers.
