Our team is passionately committed to enhancing your life and when we build your care plan will take the time to match you with the carer most suitable to meet both your care requirement, as well as your personal interests. We appreciate the importance of consistency and will work to provide you with the same care worker, which is why many of our service users develop long-lasting friendships.

Helen began her career as a care worker, where her dedication and empathy were quickly recognised. Over two years, she received an award for being the most caring care worker.

Motivated to further her impact in domiciliary care, Helen joined Hales Home Care as a Quality Assurance Officer. Her passion for building relationships and enhancing her confidence led her to progress to the role of Care Coordinator. Helen’s ambition and commitment saw her eventually progress to the position of Registered Manager at the Leeds branch, a role she has embraced for the past seven years.

As a Registered Manager, Helen is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of care for all service users, and is equally committed to the development and support of her care workers and office staff, ensuring they are fully trained and equipped to deliver high-quality care.

Helen shared: “Every day is a new day with new challenges within my branch. As a team, we keep positive and we support each other, we pick each other up and we respect each other.”
