Hales Home Care are proud to announce the winners of the 2023 Hales Care Awards, celebrating and rewarding exemplary behaviours among our committed and hardworking staff.

More than 190 nominations from care colleagues, office staff, and service users were received for the 2023 awards, and after reviewing each nomination, our panel of judges shortlisted 24 nominees. 

Following a period of public voting which was combined with the selection panel’s votes, 5 Hales Heroes were chosen as winners who will each receive a certificate, gifts, and £250.  

Furthermore, all shortlisted finalists will be recognised with a certificate of merit and a gift of £25.
