Leeds Carer Wins £1000 in the Hales Heroes Monthly Draw

Tabassum, a care assistant from Leeds, has won the Hales Heroes Monthly Draw for February.

The Hales Heroes Monthly Draw is a coveted employee incentive that recognises the outstanding work of Hales Care Workers and gives them the chance to win £1,000 each and every month.

Helen Thorpe, Registered Branch Manager for Hales in Leeds, shared her thoughts on Tabassum’s work, saying that “Tabassum is caring towards her service users. They will often ask her when she will be back. Tabassum is hardworking, reliable, polite and understanding. Tabassum ensures her service users are always happy.”

Tabassum has been working for Hales for six months and is dedicated to her job. She loves everything about her work, particularly helping people who need support to live happily in their homes. Tabassum added that “they smile and ask you when you will be back.”

When asked about working for Hales, Tabassum had nothing but praise. She said that “Hales is a good company to work with. People are nice to work with. The office is supportive and helps me if needed.”
