Parkside Court offers 48 two bedroom purpose-built flats and bungalows for rent for people over the age of 55. All properties are self-contained, with their own front door, offering the privacy and independence you expect.

  • Personal care – washing, dressing, bathing and hygiene
  • Assisting with getting in and out of bed
  • Medication management
  • Shopping and making appointments, such as with your GP
  • Household chores
  • Assistance with mobility around the home

We use industry-leading technology to provide the highest level of care, enhancing the safety of our service users who wish to remain at home while maintaining their independence. This includes an app that uses artificial intelligence for monitoring and predictive analysis to assess and mitigate risks, along with automated alerts and assistive technologies.
