Joanne, Scunthorpe Carer Wins £1000 in the Hales Heroes Draw

Joanne, a Care Assistant from Hales Home Care Scunthorpe, was awarded £1,000 for her exceptional dedication to her role. 

Laura Wootton, Registered Manager for Hales Home Care Scunthorpe, shared: Jo is a valued member of staff and is great with her service users. She always goes above and beyond in the care that she provides.” 

When asked about her experience working at Hales, Joanne said: “I like working for Hale. I love seeing my clients every day and helping them have a good quality of life, making a difference even in the simplest of tasks.”  

Joanne also shared that “if any problems arise” the Hales team ensure staff receive “support from them when needed.” 

Hales Home Care is proud to have hard working, dedicated carers like Joanne on our team and we appreciate all their hard work.  

The Hales Heroes Monthly Draw is an employee incentive in place that is designed to recognise the exceptional work of Hales Care Workers.  

Hales Care Workers who meet the criteria are entered into the draw for a chance to win £1,000 each month. Additionally, all eligible carers also receive the Hales Heroes Award of Excellence badge in recognition of their exceptional performance.
