Hales Group to Take Over Onsite Care Services at Noble House

Hales Group, a leading provider of technology-led homecare services, is pleased to announce its recent contract award to deliver onsite care services at Noble House, Worcester. This new partnership with Worcestershire Council, marks a significant step towards enhancing care and support for residents of this scheme and developing a vibrant hub for the wider community.

Following a rigorous tender process by Worcestershire County Council, Hales Group has been selected to deliver comprehensive and high-quality Extra Care support that is independence focused. This service is part of the Council’s initiative to transform the way care is delivered to adults in Worcestershire, to support individuals to remain in their homes for as long as possible.

With 25 years of expertise in the care industry, Hales Group is renowned for its commitment to delivering personalised care that respects the uniqueness of each individual. Regulated by the Care Quality Commission and delivering more than 2.6 million care visits each year, Hales Group is an integral part of the communities it serves. The local branch in Worcestershire will work closely with existing care teams to ensure a smooth transition and continuous support.
