This year, Hales Group, a key provider of homecare in the UK, will celebrate a significant milestone as the care and staffing solutions provider celebrates its 25th anniversary.
For the last 25 years, Hales Group has been at the forefront of the homecare sector in the UK, delivering person-centred care and support services and professional recruitment solutions to regulated and non-regulated clients.
Founded in 1999, Hales Group was established with a mission to deliver a consistent and exceptional service to every customer and employee; to earn their trust and confidence and create a working environment that promotes honesty, teamwork and hard work.
Over the years, the company has grown and evolved, continually adapting to meet the changing needs of the communities it operates in. Hales Home Care has expanded its services to 32 locations, offering a range of homecare services tailored to the unique needs of each service user.

A year of celebrations
To commemorate this special milestone, Hales Group kicked-off the celebrations with a nationwide party on Friday 5th July, attended by staff, clients, service users, and local dignitaries.
Following the launch event, Hales Group will continue to host a series of celebrations and initiatives throughout the year, including community outreach and staff recognition programmes. These events not only highlight the company’s history and achievements but also showcase its ongoing commitment to serving local areas and adding value to local communities with whom they work.
