Hales Care Assistant Morgan and Regional Director Jo

Morgan, a Hales Care Assistant from Leicester, has been announced as the Hales Heroes winner for October and awarded £1,000 for her continued outstanding service.

Filipa, the Branch Manager for Leicester, was full of praise for Morgan: “I am very pleased for Morgan winning the Hales Heroes draw.”

“Morgan is a very hard worker and reliable. We often get positive feedback from the service users about how lovely Morgan is and that nothing it’s too much trouble.”

When asked for a comment, Morgan said: “I am very pleased to win and very grateful for the Hales Heroes prize draw.”

Morgan added: “It was a nice surprise before Christmas, and I can’t wait to go shopping.”

Now on its fifth year, the Hales Heroes award scheme aims to recognise existing Hales care workers for their dedication and commitment, encourage improvements, and reward those who go above and beyond.

The awards have been a terrific way of highlighting the incredible service care workers provide, promoting independence and allowing people to live normal lives.
