Swaffham Domiciliary Care

At Hales Care Swaffham, we provide safe and reliable care that enriches the lives of our service users.

We promote a way of life which enables you, or your loved one, to enjoy independence and a high quality of life within your own home as well as achieve active participation in the community, if you wish.

Having a Hales professional visiting you, or a loved one, can make a considerable difference to your quality of life.

If you are finding it increasingly difficult to get up and move around the house, having a friendly carer come and visit can make all the difference. This means you can continue to live in your own home independently without the upheaval of a potential move to a residential setting.

Our carers can help with many different tasks, such as:

  • Helping with the morning routine, i.e. getting out of bed, washing and getting dressed
  • Using the toilet
  • Preparing meals and drinks
  • Helping to support medication needs
  • Helping with shopping and getting out and about
  • Getting settled and into bed in the evening

Our private care service is incredibly flexible and are designed to be tailored to your individual needs.
