Hertfordshire Domiciliary Care

At Hales Care Hertfordshire, we provide outstanding, bespoke domiciliary care, specially tailored to your requirements.

Hales Care Hertfordshire can help you maintain your independence and live an enjoyable independent life, with a little added support. Areas covered: Letchworth, Stevenage, Hitchin, Watford and surrounding areas.

We offer domiciliary care to enable you to remain living comfortably in your home, rather than face the upheaval of moving to residential care.

Hales is registered by the Quality Care Commission (CQC), who regulate care standards. Hales Care exceeds these care standards, which means that you can rest assured that you will receive professional, outstanding care from fully trained care workers.

We are able to provide domestic support, offering a sensitive personal care service to assist with washing, dressing and toileting, amongst other daily tasks. Our friendly carers are also happy to accompany you on any outings and to any appointments and can even come with you on holidays so that you don’t miss out on exciting opportunities.

We appreciate that your needs may change which is why we are entirely flexible to your requirements. We can visit you as much as you require, from just a few times a week through to several times a day, and we can also provide full live-in care.

It can be difficult to accept care and welcome someone into your home to address sensitive issues. We fully understand this and want you to feel as comfortable as possible. Our devoted carers are professionally trained to care for a variety of complex conditions and needs and all undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service check so you can rest assured that you will be in safe hands.
