We also offer a companionship service which is something our service users’ value and benefit from enormously.

We are devoted to our service users and your best interests are at the heart of our care. We will encourage you to pursue new interests and achieve your ambitions. Our commitment to your independence means that we will provide you with as much or as little support as you wish.

We recognise that your needs may change from one day to the next and are flexible to this, we will review your care plan on a regular basis to offer you just the amount of support you need to continue living the lifestyle of your choice.

Job Title: Registered Manager

“With over 10 years of experience in the care sector, I began my career as a care worker at 18 and quickly knew this was my calling. By 19, I had progressed to senior care worker in a 50-bed care home, while earning my Level 2 and Level 3 diplomas in Health and Social Care. At 22, I completed my Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management and became a deputy manager.

In 2021, I joined Hales as a rapid responder and soon advanced to Care Coordinator. Since August 2022, I’ve been the registered manager of the Waveney/Lowestoft branch, leading a dedicated team of care workers who share my commitment to delivering exceptional care and support.”
