We are recruiting for compassionate and reliable Waking Nights Care Workers to join our Extra Care team at Cornell Court in Saffron Walden.

Duties of a Hales Care Assistant
You will support and provide person-centred care to a range of individuals with different needs. You will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
- Provide companionship
- Support with physical and social activities
- Assist with personal care tasks, e.g. dressing, showering and bathing
- Promote and support and the physical, emotional and well-being of our service users
- Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy
- Support with medication, mobility, and other care needs
