A huge congratulations to Kirsty Brill from our Ipswich branch, who has been announced as the Hales Heroes winner for January and awarded £1,000 for her continued outstanding service.

Kirsty has made it her goal to ensure that all of our service users in her care feel safe and have been able to mark every special day during the challenging lockdown periods.

Although Kirsty has a young family of her own, she has been able to balance offering fantastic care to the service users, while continuing to be the very best mum and partner she can be.

Here’s what the Hales Homecare Ipswich Branch Manager Julie Anderson had to say about Kirsty, “We are very lucky at Hales Homecare Ipswich to have Kirsty on our team. Kirsty is a lovely young lady who has all the skills we are looking for in a carer; she is caring, compassionate and very professional. Kirsty makes our service users day, every day!”

Carla Spreadbridge, Care Coordinator, added, “Kirsty is honestly one of a kind, and we’re so, so lucky to have her; I couldn’t think of a better person that could’ve won this.”
