I’ve been working Hales for quite a few years now.

With me being quite young, I would have never thought that this job would be for me but I’ve had a lot of experience personally with my family and thought I’d give it a go. And I really surprised myself from the day I started.

The pleasure I get out of my job with Hales is amazing. I’ve always said to myself I never feel like I work a day in my life as it is amazing and such a feel good job.

It makes me happy and the difference I am making to my service users is always noticed and everyone is so grateful! I could never imagine myself working for another company or any other job role!
