As a Home Care Assistant / Carer / Care Worker in Norfolk, you will provide person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their health, well-being, and independence.

Areas covered include: Norwich, Eaton, Bowthorpe, Drayton, Taverham, New Costessey, and the surrounding areas.

We offer a variety of shifts to fit your schedule including full-time, part-time, nights only or weekends only. Our shifts are available at various times including early morning and evening.

As a Hales Care Worker / Care Assistant in Norfolk, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and independence of vulnerable individuals within the comfort of their own homes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
  • Ensuring service users have adequate grocery supplies
  • Assisting individuals in taking their medication
  • Preparing warm and nourishing meals
  • Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
  • Providing a valuable companionship lifeline to individuals
