- Be eligible to apply for a Skilled Worker Visa.
- Currently reside in Norfolk and be available to travel to our care packages in Norwich, Martham, Caister-on-Sea, Hemsby, Stalham, Dereham, Ormesby, Acle, Great Plumstead, Ranworth, Reedham, Aylsham, South Walsham and the surrounding areas.
- Hold a valid international or UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
- Have your own accommodation in Norfolk.
- Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
About the Role
As a Hales Care Worker / Care Assistant / Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and independence of vulnerable individuals within the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
- Ensuring service users have adequate grocery supplies
- Assisting individuals in taking their medication
- Preparing warm and nourishing meals
- Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
- Providing a valuable companionship lifeline to individuals
