This role involves providing person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping regain their health, well-being, and independence. The Reablement Care Assistant Role
- Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
- Ensuring service users have adequate grocery supplies
- Assisting individuals in taking their medication
- Preparing warm and nourishing meals
- Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
- Providing a valuable companionship lifeline to individuals
The Ideal Reablement Care Assistant
- Passionate about helping others.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Honest and committed to delivery high quality care and support
- Good communication skills – verbal and written to complete accurate records
- Previous experience in care, retail, hospitality or other service industry is welcome but not essential.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle required.

You do not need previous experience to work in care. You can be a successful Care Assistant if you have a passion for helping other people. As a Hales Care Assistant, you will undertake full and ongoing training, making you a confident care provider from day one.Role of a Hales Care Assistant
You will support and provide person-centred care to a range of individuals with different needs and allow them to live independently in their homes, surrounded by the things that they love.- Provide companionship
