The Care Assistant Role

As a Hales Care Worker in Hull, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health, well-being, and independence of vulnerable individuals within the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities include:
  • Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
  • Ensuring service users have adequate grocery supplies
  • Assisting individuals in taking their medication
  • Preparing warm and nourishing meals
  • Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
  • Providing a valuable companionship lifeline to individuals

Ideal Hales Care Assistant

  • Passionate about helping others.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
  • Previous experience in care, retail, hospitality or other service industry is welcomed but not essential.
