At Hales, we understand that when arranging care for a loved one, uncertainty around costs can add to an already difficult situation. To help ease that pressure, we’re fixing the cost of home care at £28 per hour until 2027.

- This offer applies only to new, privately funded service users and is quoted per carer per hour.
- All support is subject to a care assessment and the availability of the required care.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The offer must be mentioned at the time of booking.
- It is available at selected locations only.
- We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
- If your care needs change, we may need to review your care fees in consultation with you and your family, which may result in an increase in fees.
- Fees are fixed until 28 February 2027.
- We can safely and appropriately meet your care needs, and you would benefit from our services.
- Our homecare team has discussed your support requirements with you and your family, and confirmed that we can provide the care you need.
- You are a privately funded customer.
- You are joining us on a permanent basis.
- You are an existing council‑funded client who wishes to increase your care hours through self funding.
