
We are proud to share that Parkside Court in Stockton‑on‑Tees has received a ‘Good’ rating overall following its recent PAMMS inspection.
The inspection highlighted the high quality of person‑centred care delivered at the service, with inspectors noting that people are treated with kindness, dignity and respect at all times. Service users spoke extremely positively about the staff team, describing them as compassionate, professional and willing to “go above and beyond” to support individual needs.
The report also praised the strong relationships seen between staff, service users, families and management, creating a warm, welcoming and family‑like atmosphere. People shared they feel safe, listened to and actively involved in decisions about their care, with support designed to promote independence and quality of life.
Inspectors were particularly impressed by the range of social activities and community involvement at Parkside Court. Service users play an active role in organising events such as coffee mornings, bingo, crafts and fundraising activities, helping to foster social connection and wellbeing.
