Hop into Giving: Hales Group’s Easter Egg Initiative Returns for 2026

After the incredible response last year, Hales Group is proud to bring back its Easter Egg Initiative for 2026, continuing our commitment to supporting local communities and spreading a little extra joy this Easter.

Last year, the generosity shown by Hales Group, our teams, clients, suppliers, and local communities helped us collect and donate more than 3,000 Easter eggs to charities, hospital wards, children’s services, care settings, and community groups across the regions we operate in.

Making a difference, one egg at a time

Easter is a time many of us associate with family, treats and togetherness. But for some, it can be a difficult and isolating time. That’s why our teams across Hales Homecare and Hales Jobs are once again collecting Easter eggs to donate to local causes that mean something to them, from children’s wards and hospices to food banks and community groups.

A team effort across every branch

Each of our branches and departments has chosen a local organisation to support, helping ensure donations go directly to those who need them most within their communities.

Shelly Beech, Hales Homecare Sheffield Registered Manager, shared:

“We have already collected over 100 eggs. A huge thank you to KP Nuts, who have very kindly donated a large number of eggs and are still collecting more. All donations will be given to Manor and Castle Development Trust, with delivery planned for 2 April.”

From frontline care teams to office-based colleagues, clients and local businesses, this initiative brings everyone together with a shared goal; giving back.

It also reflects our core values, helping and supporting others, not just through our services, but in the communities we’re part of every day.

Join us in spreading a little joy this Easter

Every donation, big or small, helps us reach more people and make a bigger impact. You can help by:

  • Donating Easter eggs or sweet treats
  • Supporting your local Hales branch collection
  • Spreading the word to others who may want to contribute

Nicola Mewse, Group Managing Director, commented:

“We’re incredibly proud to bring the Easter Egg Initiative back for 2026. Last year showed just how powerful collective generosity can be, and it’s inspiring to see our teams once again coming together to support their local communities. Every donation represents care, compassion and connection — values that sit at the heart of everything we do.”
