Hales Group is pleased to announce Hastee as the sponsor of the Hales Hero of the Year Award at the Hales Group Awards 2026, a new group-wide initiative celebrating the people who make a difference across homecare and recruitment.
The Hales Group Awards build on the success of the Hales Heroes scheme, which has recognised and rewarded care professionals across the business since 2017. The new awards bring together colleagues from across Hales Homecare, Hales Jobs and the wider group, recognising excellence, dedication and impact across the entire organisation.
Hastee, a financial wellbeing platform supporting employees with flexible access to earned pay and money management tools, shares Hales Group’s commitment to supporting and empowering the workforce.
The Hales Hero of the Year Award recognises an individual who consistently goes above and beyond in their role, demonstrating outstanding commitment, compassion and impact while truly living Hales Group’s values.
Madeline Hannan-Jones, Strategic Customer Success Manager, commented:
“We’re proud to partner with Hales Group on the Hero of the Year Award. At Hastee, we’re focused on helping employees feel more in control of their financial wellbeing and better supported in everyday working life. This award reflects a shared commitment to recognising and celebrating the people who make such a positive difference across the organisation.”
Nicola Mewse, Group Managing Director at Hales Group, said:
“We’re proud to be launching the Hales Group Awards as a way to recognise the incredible people across our organisation who live our values every day. Recognition matters, and it’s fantastic to have the support of partners like Hastee, who share our commitment to celebrating the individuals committed to our services.”
The Hales Group Awards aim to highlight the impact of individuals and teams who embody the organisation’s values (Help, Advise, Listen, Encourage and Support) while making a meaningful difference to the people and communities they serve.
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday, 4 June.
