
Hales Home Care Newcastle, part of the regional care provider Hales Group, is proud to announce that following a recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the service has been rated ‘Good’ overall in all five key areas: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led.
The CQC report, published on 28 July 2025, reflects the team’s unwavering commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care that supports the health, dignity, and independence of every individual supported.
Molly Johnson, Registered Manager at Hales Home Care Newcastle, commented: “We are extremely proud to have received a ‘GOOD’ rating from the Care Quality Commission following our recent inspection. This reflects the hard work and dedication of our office staff and care team in providing safe, effective and compassionate care.”
During their recent inspection, the CQC found that “people were treated with kindness and compassion,” and that staff “protected their privacy and dignity”. Inspectors also noted that “staff received appropriate training to maintain high-quality care” and “had a clear understanding of the support needs of those they cared for”.
Feedback received from service users include:
- “Staff are all caring people, and they give me peace of mind as I know [Name] feels happy with their carers.”
- “The staff are all so kind and treat us respectfully.”
- “The carers are so nice and kind with me – they cannot really get any better.”
Molly added; “Our care team are an asset to our services. We remain committed to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality, technology-enabled care services to all those we support.”
Hales Home Care Newcastle delivers a wide range of domiciliary care services, supporting older adults and individuals with complex needs to live independently and safely in their own homes.
