About the Hales Heroes Awards
The Hales Heroes Awards celebrate the remarkable achievements of our care workers, acknowledging their professionalism, reliability and positive impact on colleagues and the people they support.
Every quarter, 4 winners receive 250 Care Friends Points or £250 as a token of appreciation for their exceptional service. These awards form part of our ongoing commitment to recognising and valuing our frontline care teams.

Spotlight on Hasitha – Grimsby Winner
During the presentation of her certificate, Hasitha shared:
“Thank you very much for the lovely arrangement you organised for me today at the branch. Thank you so much for your kindness, support, and thoughtful arrangements. It really meant a lot to me.”
Nicola Coleman, Registered Manager for the Grimsby branch, added:
“Hasitha is a valued member of our team, she is always reliable, works hard for her service users and does everything with a smile and positive attitude. She has been with us since May 2023, she is one of our overseas workers and has been an asset to the service users, the branch and Hales since the commencement of her employment. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she is regarded highly by the office team, the service users and her colleagues.”
