What motivates me most is making meaningful impact. Working in care allows me to use technology to improve the lives of both service users and care professionals.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about health and wellbeing, fitness, strongman competitions, and rugby.
Career pathway
With over a decade of experience in the care sector, I’ve held progressive roles in IT and systems management across several organisations. I started my career as a Service Desk Analyst and Credit Controller, where I developed a strong foundation in IT support and business operations.
Today, as Director of IT, AI & Systems, my day involves strategic planning, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and overseeing digital transformation initiatives. I also manage cybersecurity, compliance, and IT financial planning.
