Contact us to check whether we cover your location.

Yes, care can often be tailored depending on the level of support needed, from occasional visits to more regular care.

Whether you have just one carer or multiple, will largely depend on the support needed and how many visits each week, you require.

To maintain consistency and familiarity, we always try to keep the number of carers to a minimum to ensure that you can get to know, and feel confident with familiar faces.

In the case of holidays and illness, we also have multiple other carers who may be assigned to your visits, but we would always tell you in advance of a change of carer, unless it is an emergency situation.

We know that trust and transparency are incredibly important when it comes to delivering your home care. Each member of our Leeds care team is highly trained and subjected to a strict vetting process, including extensive enhanced DBS background checks.

Each of our carers will also carry photo identification to ensure they can prove their identity, and provide you with peace of mind, which is something that all of our carers do across the country, including Manchester.

Our carers in each of our branches, also take detailed notes of each task they complete during each visit in our call monitoring app, which are regularly checked by our Monitoring Officers to safeguard service users, ensuring visits are carried out in line with the schedule and care needs assessment.

As each care plan is tailored to each individual, no two plans are ever the same. This means that we don’t charge the same price for everyone’s care. However, we do provide a complete breakdown of all of the costs, so you understand exactly what you’re paying and when. These payments can be made weekly, once a month or whichever you prefer. We will set up a direct debit with you so that payments are made automatically and you don’t have to worry about costs building up.

You may be entitled to help with your fees in the form of a Government grant, or alternatively from Social Services. For more information on your eligibility, we recommend contacting the local council to find out more.

In addition to being regulated by the Care Quality Commission, we’ve received the Investors in People Accreditation and we’re also ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems compliant, which means we’re held accountable for maintaining high standards in every aspect of our work.

We are also members of the Homecare Association, Dignity in Care, and corporate members of the Recruitment & Employment Federation.
