Team Qualifications & Training

Thanks to our industry-leading training programme and ongoing employee development, we proudly hold the Investors in People Accreditation. Every carer that joins our team is thoroughly vetted and undergoes enhanced DBS clearance and all reference and right to work checks are completed diligently.

Our in-house trainers then deliver our rigorous and in-depth home care training. Our professional carers are only approved to deliver customer care once this training programme has been completed, which includes practical observations. Throughout their career with us, all of our carers receive ongoing training and support to ensure they are able to meet their personal and professional goals and continue to offer the industry leading care we are known for.

Hales has provided me with the opportunities necessary to advance in my roles, moving from Rapid Responder to Care Coordinator, and now Registered Manager. With such a robust support network around me from my branch team, as well as from senior management, I felt I had real support to achieve my goals and take on this new adventure. Hales remains one of the best places I have worked in terms of culture, pay and access to benefits. As well as for genuine care to the individuals we support.

The Hales Approach to Care

Our approach to providing care to our communities centres around people. We work closely with all of our carers to ensure they can utilise their knowledge, skills and compassionate nature to offer the very best for each service user.
